Return Policy

You can return the product GREEN BUTTON for any reason. Just e-mail us within 30 days after you received the package and get the RMA number and instructions for return shipping. As soon as you get the RMA number you have 7 days to ship the product. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be shipped with a tracking number and full insurance. The product must be sent to our location in its original packaging, in its original condition and must not have signs of damage, tampering, melting, cutting of wires or other modification. A product that was originally shipped with free shipping will incur a $20 restocking fee upon return. Labor to install or remove product is not refundable. NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.

Shipping Policy

We ship the products GREEN BUTTON directly from our factory within three business days of receiving order. We provide tracking number and approximate delivery date. International customers are responsible for all Duties & Taxes.

Warranty

Warranty Conditions

• product used in the defective system.
